Established in 2007, this charming, old-fashioned ice cream shop serves Blue Bell hand-dipped ice cream and ice cream treats. From the homemade waffle cones to the black-and-white interior, Scoops offers an authentic ice cream experience and has no local competitors to speak of.

The menu at Scoops includes ice cream, shakes, malts, floats, sundaes and fruit smoothies. Limited food service was added to the menu in January of 2008, which includes BBQ, chili, Frito pies, baked potatoes, sandwiches and Coney dogs. Market Outlook and Competition: There are no independent ice cream parlors of this kind in the surrounding area. The closest competitors are Andy’s Frozen Custard in Rogers (10 miles), Braum’s in Rogers (8.5 miles), Dairy Queen in Bella Vista (13 miles), and Cold Stone Creamery in Rogers (12 miles).
